COLLECTING
AND SELLING
SMALL ART ON EBAY!
Miniature art that is
affordable and portable
and fun way to support the
Studio!
OSWOA is an
acronym for Original Small Works of Art and are 4"
x 6" artworks thin enough to fit into a standard
4" x 6" photo album, creating photo album
galleries and making original art easy to collectable
and to share with friends and family! They
can also be framed into substantial size works if one
wishes, and can be switched out depending on the season
and the holidays, and stored in the photo albums
until
needed to adorn the walls!
These works
of art start on Ebay at 9.95 and go up from there.
Ebay is an auction site, so depending on how many buyers
bid on each work decides the ending price. Many
will end with no bids, some with a single bid, and some
very talented artists are consistently finding their
OSWOA works bringing 50.00 and more, with a few works
going into the hundreds!
Any artist
can list an OSWOA work on Ebay. To use the OSWOA
acronym in the title of the auction, the work has to be
4" x 6" or visa versa, it must be original (no
prints), it must fit into a photo album sleeve, and the
auction must be started for no less then 9.95. If
your art meets this criteria you may use the OSWOA
acronym in your title to make your art searchable to
OSWOA collectors. You may also include the OSWOA
logos in your auction description. You can find
these logos on www.oswoa.com/oswoaebay.htm
If you do
not know how to sell on Ebay, you can have your OSWOA
art listed for you and benefit the art club at the same
time. I will list any
OSWOA on Ebay, starting it at 9.95. Whatever it
sells for the artist will recieve half the proceeds with
25% of the proceeds going to the art club and the other
25% going to pay for Ebay and Pay Pal fees. A
great way to benefit the Village Art Club and make a
little money yourself!
