The Studio, situated directly behind
the Wishing Spring Gallery, is a happening place!
Workshops and programs are held at the Studio throughout the
year.
Among the workshops scheduled for
2007 are:
Beaded Jewelry, Oil and Pastel Painting,
Watercolor Painting, Acrylic Painting, Drawing for
Painters and Children's classes.

FREE TUESDAY!
Every Tuesday (with the exception of the 2nd Tuesdays of
the month because of Art Club Meeting) the studio behind
the gallery is open to anyone who wants to come and
paint (or craft). Anyone, young and
old, pro and novice, can just pop in
and join in the fun! Often there
demonstrations by a talented artist, but more often then
not it's just do your own thing. There are
talented artist there on a regular basis more then
willing to share their skills and help where
needed! So bring your
supplies and a lunch. We have a microwave. Be prepared to create a work of art
(or just come for the camaraderie with other artists, or
both.

RENTAL
The studio is also available for
Rental. Cost to members for Studio rental is 35.00
per day. It's 50.00 per day for non members
offering items for sale if they are also exhibiting with
a member. If not with a member then the rental for
non members is 100.00 per day. No more then three
people are allowed to participate in a commercial
venture, however, unless it's a venture sponsored by the
Village Art Club. This makes the Studio the perfect
place for artist members and non members alike to have a
public show of their artwork. All advertising for
non sponsored VAC shows is the responsibility of the
artists renting the studio. A 25.00 deposit is
required with an additional 150.00 deposit required if
food is to be served. If all contract
requirements are met, then the deposits will be
returned.
The Studio is heated and cooled with
restrooms facilities, sinks, microwave, tables & chairs.
